Symptoms

Report:CASTR

Version: 8.0.8.1.0

Steps to simulate:

1. Login to ECM and post a case to CASTR
2. Login to CASTR, select the posted case and navigate to Report Information tab.
3. In Part C, Account Holder Name format is in 'LNAME SLNAME FNAME MNAME' format.

 

 

Client would like to have comma after the LNAME as they are facing difficult to differentiate between first and last/middle name.
