Account modification failed with error ST-CUS105 (Doc ID 2725939.1)

On : 11.2 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to modify the customer account through STDCUSAC (Customer account Maintenance) screen , the following error occurs.

ST-CUS105 => Account Opening Date is a Holiday.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to STDCUSAC screen.
2. Query with an existing account number.
3. Unlock the account and do the modifications as required.
4. Check whether the system allows to authorize the modifications.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to modify the accounts.
