Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer account closed on HOST-UBS side alows the user to login in OBDX

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Closed account should not be able to login into OBDX

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login into host database - find the closed customer account id
2. Try to login with the same user in OBDX- can login
3. login into application with admin and try to register the user - admin can register
