Auto Creation of Liability and Linkage through CVDUPLOD


System is not auto creating the liabiality and also not performing auto linkage of the CIF & Liability which are uploading through CVDUPLOD even though TRACK_LIMITS is set as Y.

All CIFs in UPLOAD TABLE are created successfully in Flexucbe STTM_CUSTOMER. But only one customer LIABILITy and LINKAGE is done successfully. Rest of all CIF have no record in CORE_CUSTOMER, GETM_LIAB,GETM_LIAB_CUST. Therefore user is unable to proceed. Logs of activity is attached from UAT and also sharing before and after spools of different tables.

Please check and guide urgently as branches are unable to create liability and linkage and hence no account is opening.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload a CIF using CVDUPLOD screen.
2. Check whether the liability is created.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed further.
