Symptoms


DEDTRONL:- Unable to view Signature Details ; Launch DEDTRONL, Click new, enter batch number, provide customer account then click on “Signature Verification”
A small screen is popping up unable to see signature detail and close this screen.
Customer Signature and Image View screen should open

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Launch DEDTRONL.
2.Click new.
3. enter batch number, provide customer account.
4.click on “Signature Verification”
