ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

MT940 generated for a particular account has transactions which are already included in previous day's statement generated.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Same transaction should not be included in two account statement messages
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate MT940 for a particular account for two consecutive days
2. Reconcile both the messages if same transaction is repeating
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users see duplicate amount debited as per the statement message generated
