Symptoms
When attempting to create a new TD account from Flex Branch screen TDAC
the following error occurs.

Error while inserting into database
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch TDAC Screen from Flex Branch
2. Create new TD account
3. Save and check if TD is saved successfully
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot book TDs from Branch screen impacting customer requirement
