ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unsupported file type and file size is allowed for Mailbox functionality.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
User should restrict to attach unsupported file type and file size for Mailbox functionality.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with retail/corporate user.
2. Navigate to Mailbox.
3. Attach .csv file.
4. Attach file more than 5 MB.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user can attach unsupported file type and file size for Mail box
