Booking of new Foreign Exchange contract fails with Error S-ADD103 in FXCONONL Screen (Doc ID 2727889.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to change the settlement account and save a Foreign Exchange contract
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
S-ADD103 A valid SWIFT address record not maintained for Receiver / Receiver of cover

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book an FX contract
2. Visit settlements and check the settlement details defaulted from settlement instructions
3. Change the defaulted account to a GL
4. Save the contract and check if it is saved successfully

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot book an FX contract by keeping the settlement account as GL
