Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Arabic Payee Nickname comes in encoded unicode format in chatbot

When user tries payment service in the chatbot in ODA, if payee nick name is in Arabic, it shows Arabic unicode format on the screen.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Arabic Payee Nickname should be displayed in proper Arabic characters format in chatbot


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Step 1: log in with retail/corporate user into the application
Step 2: create Internal/Domestic/International payee ,Provide payee nick name in Arabic while creating.
Step 3: Log in into ODA/FB Messenger and try the payment chatbot service.
Step 4: Type 'Money Transfer'
Step 5: It will ask mobile number 'Provide the mobile number of the user
Step 6: It will ask the otp , Please provide the otp
Step 7: After successful authentication , it will fetch the list of payee in the response and same will be displayed on the screen. If Payee Name is in Arabic , its displayed as encoded unicode format on the screen
