Symptoms

Unable to Delete unauthorized Reverse of Loan version .Reverse is made to previous version of a loan and we are unable to delete it before it is authorized.The final error code is CL-COL-008.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Do a version reversal
2.Try to delete the unauth reversal
3. System throws error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot delete unauthorised version reversal
