Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Transaction is not available for second level of authorization

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transaction must be available for second level of authorization


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to application
2.Perform a transaction
3. Login using first authorizer and approve it.
4. Login using second level authorizer and check if its available for authorization.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, second level authorize cannot see the transaction for authorization.
