Symptoms

On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET in production environment

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On Function ID SEDXPFNL when the bank try to change the Customer feild (CIF) it is not permitted, Customer field is disabled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On Function ID SEDXPFNLthe bank should be able to change the Customer feild (CIF) and Customer field should be enabled.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to enter the customer number in the system.
