Symptoms

On : 18.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to redeem the amount from Term deposit,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Sorry, The deposit cannot be redeemed at this time.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX application
2. Navigate to the term deposit - Redemption
3. Enter the required details - click on Redeem and check for the error


Changes

 There are no changes in the environment,product,account and hardware that trigger the problem
