Delete Beneficiary Transaction Is Not Logged In Audit Log (Doc ID 2729642.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Delete beneficiary transaction is not logged in Audit log.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The entry for Beneficiary/Payee changes, creation or deletion should be present in Audit Log.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OBDX.
2. From Toggle menu select Payments --> Manage Payee Billers.
3. Try to create or delete a payee.
4. Check for that entry in Audit Log from Super admin login.
5. Also check for Transaction Aspects of this transaction from Configuration --> Transaction Aspects.
