Favorites Payments Does Not Save Destination Account Details

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Favorite does not select / display Destination account f on Own Account Transfer
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
While initiating Transfer via Favorite , All Fields should be displayed / selected on payments screen
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Simulation steps :
1)Login with retail user and initiate self transfer.
2)Once payment is successful , mark Transaction as favorite.
3)Now go to favorite and selected that template again to initiate payment.
4)On payment screen , its not showing earlier selected destination account i.e. Transfer To field.
