Account List not appearing on Customer Account Setup And User Account Setup screens after defining new FCDB Transactions (Doc ID 2730465.1)

Symptoms

On : DB 12.0.2 version, MICC Transfer to TSC

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
List of Account from Third-party Host are not appearing on FCDB screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
FCDB should render the List of Account received from Third-party Host Response.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FCDB Admin Application.
2. Go to "Customer Management"
3. Choose "Account Setup"
4. Select "Corporate User" with Customer-id
5. Relevant Account List are not appearing even after click of Transaction Description.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

1. Admin User is not able to map Accounts for FCDB Transactions.
