Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When an application is processed it is supposed to have a pre-decision of "new-recommend approval" or "new-recommend rejection". All applications are showing as "new-review required"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should set the status according to auto-decision

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable the auto-decision in the scoring model and add "new-recommend approval" or "new-recommend rejection"
2. process the application
3. Verify the application status after auto-decision

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, bank unable to process and approve the application
