Reports Generation From Flexcube Application Fails With "ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied" (Doc ID 2730814.1)

Goal

On : 11.6 version, Production Support-SET

Issue while generating FCUBS reports

DC-DR switch was performed on 7th Nov weekend. Post this movement, FCC Reports are not generating from screens. Reports are getting generated from BIP (xmlp) server.
 
With the below error. 

BIPReportLogic.generateReport-->DSN to be selected:: INIT_DSN

BIPReportLogic.generateReport-->Evaluating XDO file

BIPReportLogic. BIP Advice Flag --> N

BIPReportLogic.evaluateXDOFile-->XDO file for report is /FCReports/aerpcobs.xdo

BIPReportLogic.generateReport-->Calling Web Service

BIPReportLogic.generateReport-->Exception occured in generateReport method oracle.xdo.webservice.exception.OperationFailedException: PublicReportService::generateReport for reportAbsolutePath [/FCReports/aerpcobs.xdo] failed: due to oracle.xdo.server.ServerException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
