ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User is able to save a guarantee without any input against the mandatory FFT for generating 77c of MT760.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should not allow the user to save a guarantee without any input against the mandatory FFT for generating 77c of MT760.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to LCDGUONL screen.
2. Enter all the necessary fields.
3. Check whether user is able to save a guarantee without any input against the mandatory FFT for generating 77c of MT760 or not.
