Symptoms


When attempting to initiate loan originations,
the following error occurs.

System cannot process the request currently. please try later.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. 2. Initiate loan origination for existing customer.
3. provide the details and ensure that customer's passport details are not maintained in UBS.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to initiate loan origination if their passport details are not maintained in host.
