Symptoms

Language selection is not working for "Account Type" dropdown for self registration.

ERROR

Account type dropdown is shown in English language.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to OBDX home page.
2. Click on Menu.
3. Click on "Register"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to view account type dropdown for selected language.

Changes

No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
