ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

"Leave Feedback" language is not changing as per language selection.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
"Leave Feedback" language should change as per language selection.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX.
2. From menu option, click on "Leave Feedback"
3. feedback template and language is shown in English, even if user has selected "Russian"
PS:- Please select language other than English.
BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to view feedback question as per selected language.

No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
