Symptoms


The customer details on KYC for other organizations and for other institutions are using the UI for individuals.
 It is not required to know it's occupation or date of birth as they are fields only meant for individuals. On the other hand, we don't know the industry that this customer has because that field is not shown.

In ECM, for this type of customer, it shows correctly as you can see on the attached pictures (capture2.png). But is not valid the justification that we can see the correct information on ECM because only certain risks are promoted into a case and for the customers that are not promoted into a case it's impossible to see the correct information.
