Creation Date and Time Column Names Not Present In Downloaded Adhoc CSV Report (Doc ID 2732101.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1. Column name and data mismatch in downloaded adhoc csv report
2. Last 2 columns does not have heading.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1. Column name and data should match.
2. Creation date and time column value must be in same column.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as admin
2. Go to System Administrator Dashboard > Toggle menu > Report > My Reports
3. Click on Adhoc tab - List of Adhoc reports appears
4. Click on generated CSV report.
