Symptoms
When attempting to search based on module name approvals in Alert Maintenance,
the following error occurs.

System cannot process the request currently, please try again later.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Super admin
2. System Administrator Dashboard > Communications > Alert Maintenance
3. Select Module name Approvals
4. Click on search
