Symptoms

Customer reported they are getting following ODBC error while opening Out Of Box CTR Reports.

“ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified at OCI call OCIServerAttach.”

They are provided Database IP is fine in RPD, still issue is persist. They are not facing issue for other reports.
