CD Contract Copy Issue - User Auto Auth Status (Doc ID 2732249.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ISSUE COPYING A CONTRACT WITH A USER THATS IS NOT AUTO AUTHORIZED.

When a non-auto user tries to create a contract by copying an existing contract, system automatically authorizes the FACR event whereas 'BOOK' and INIT event remains unauthorized.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All the events should remain unauthorized

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Copy any existing back dated contract using non-auto auth user.
2. Save the contract and check the event tab, FACR event will be authorized by SYSTEM and 'BOOK' and INIT remains unauthorized.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, there is inconsistency in the contract and without authorizer authorizing the events, contract is getting auto authorized
