ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Ok button missing on system configuration confirmation screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Ok button should be present in confirmation screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as admin.
2. Navigate to System Administrator Dashboard > Common Services >System Configuration.
3. Select NO for Does your setup has Multi Entity.
4. Click on continue
5. Click on edit
6. Make a required changes and click on save
7. Click on confirm, ok button missing on confirmation page.
