Symptoms

User with Joint Accounts unable to view Accounts.

Account relationship matrix is not available. please contact system administrator

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with joint account holder.
2. User1 having joint account is able to view accounts.
3. User2 having joint account is not able to view accounts.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user having joint account is not able to view accounts.

Changes

No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
