While Setting Limit Value For Fund Transfer And Transaction Amount In Other Than Base Currency Incorrect Amount Is Calculated (Doc ID 2732293.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 When doing the transfer if transacting currency is not a base currency - limits are not validated by the application.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 Limits should get validated when doing the transaction in other than base currency of a account.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a. Login into application with the admin user and set the limits of the fund transfer for the base currency
b. Login into application with retail user
c. Navigate to the fund transfer to initiate a transaction with a amount equivalent to the limit set for a transaction currency.
Note: Make sure the forex rates are maintained in FCUBS table cytms_rates’s mid_rate column.


Changes

 There are no changes in the environment,product,account and hardware that trigger the problem.
