ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Foreign exchange contract deletion is successful but contract still pending as unauthorized

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
FX contract if it is not once authorized, then Deletion should completely delete the contract

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The deal flow on hold and unauthorized status
2. Maker unlock and save
3. Authorized by checker ( during authorization maker put back on hold)
4. Then saved again by maker
5. Authorization / Complete deletion to be tried

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize or delete a Foreign Exchange contract which is due for settlement, also present in pending queue hence End of Day cannot be commenced
