Error "Record Not Found" Is Observed on User Sign up Post Self Registration (Doc ID 2732508.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to sign up after completing the self-registration,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
1. Record not found
2. The record was not found for [REGISTRATIONID=undefined]

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to OBDX login page.
2. Click over toggle menu -> Register
3. Fill the form and click Save.
4. Click on the URL received after completing self-registration-->Enter User Name, password and click Sign up
