Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bulk files are getting stuck in 'Approved' stage at OBDX application.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Uploaded files should go through all stages at OBDX and should be processed further at host application

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the OBDX application
2. Navigate to File Upload-->Select appropriate Identifier
3. Upload a bulk file

Changes

 No changes made to the environment causes this Issue. It is quite random and intermittent in nature.
