OBDX UI Configuration To Access UI Channel Throws Error For CDN Mode In UI Config File (Doc ID 2732746.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

User do not have internet access in UAT setup and if they are using CDN mode in UI config file to access the UI channel, it's throwing error.
They require OJet required libraries to access the OBDX channel in local mode.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to access the UI channel using CDN mode in UI config file

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Hit the URL for the application with no internet on a local setup.
2. The config.js file is configured for local installation but with missing Ojet libraries on local setup.
3. The application does not open.
