Cluster Wait on insert Query

From Couple of days we are receiving high Cluster waits on below Query in result our channel transactions got time out.


INSERT INTO STTB_REQ_MASTER ( MSGID, PROCESS_SEQ_NO, DESTINATION_SOURCE, SERVICE_CODE, KEYID, COMM_MODE, REQ_TYPE, REFERENCE_NO, TRN_BRN, FORCEPROCESS, SIMULATION, PROCESS_STATUS, LOG_TIME, AUTH_STAT, MAKER_ID, MAKER_DT_STAMP, CHECKER_ID, CHECKER_DT_STAMP, FUNCTION_ID, EXT_STATUS, CUSTOMER_NO, REL_REF_NO, EVENT_SL_NO, RETRY_COUNT, MODULE ,SOURCE_SEQ_NO ,PROCESS_REF ) VALUES ( :B1 , :B2 , :B3 , :B4 , :B5 , :B6 , :B7 , :B8 , :B9 , :B10 , :B11 , :B12 , :B13 , :B14 , :B15 , :B16 , :B17 , :B18 , :B19 , :B20 , :B21 , :B22 , :B23 , :B24 , :B25 ,:B26 ,:B27 )
