On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is not able to generate PRNs for other Bank FIRC after BC liquidation

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User is not able to generate PRNs for other Bank FIRC after BC liquidation

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User attached other Bank FIRC during BC Liquidation.
2. Then user try to generate PRN for linked FIRC Number.
3. System is not generating the PRN File.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate PRN file
