Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Account Name label is displayed even if its value is empty

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Account Name label should not be displayed if value is empty

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps for corporate:
1. Login via corp user and navigate to Payments > Payments and Transfers>Adhoc Payment > Domestic
2. Fill in the details on screen except Account Name
3. Click on Pay. View review and confirmation screen.
4. Login via checker and navigate to Approver Dashboard > Pending for Approvals section.
5. Select payment initiated and view Approval screen.
