Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Bulk Files uploaded by Corporate Users is getting stuck at Verified Stage without moving to the Approval stage for Authorization.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
Uploaded files should go through all stages and should be processed
further at Core Banking application.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) application.
2. Navigate to File Upload.
3. Upload a file and monitor the stages in various tables of Bulk.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-------------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, for some users intermittently the file is getting stuck in Verified stage.
Changes
No changes done to environment / hardware / account causes this issue.
