When attempting to build Authenticator UI (Non-OAM),
the following error occurs.

 ERROR: module path does not exist: /home/oracle/Documents/channel_ui/authenticator/authenticator_ui/destInt/framework/js/libs/oraclejet/js/libs/jquery/jquery-3.3.1.min.js for module named: jquery. Path is relative to: /home/oracle/Documents/channel_ui/authenticator/authenticator_ui/_build

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Extract authenticator_ui.tar.gz from OBDX_Patch_Mobile\authenticator\unbuilt_ui.
2. Build Ui for Authenticator
