CL Status Change to DOUB status does not reverse the MAININT outstanding balance in CLTB_COMP_BAL_BREAKUP table (Doc ID 2733890.1)

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Status Change with Reverse Option does not reverse the BREAKUP balance completely

1) Status NORM to DOUB , the Outstanding Accrual will be reversed .

Currently , Reverse is happening Correctly as Expected, but the Balance in the BREAKUP table is wrong . ideally this should have become zero .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As per bank expectation the balance in BREAKUP table should have become zero, because bank dont track outstanding accrual in new status and corresponding contingent/provision GL.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the correct balance in the breakup table.
