As per instructions for Call report:
Time certificates of deposit (including rollover certificates of deposit) are deposits evidenced by a negotiable or nonnegotiable instrument, or a deposit in book entry form evidenced by a receipt or similar acknowledgement issued by the bank, that provides, on its face, that the amount of such deposit is payable to the bearer, to any specified person, or to the order of a specified person, as follows:
(1) on a certain date not less than 7 days after the date of deposit,
(2) at the expiration of a specified period not less than 7 days after the date of the deposit, or
(3) upon written notice to the bank which is to be given not less than 7 days before the date of withdrawal.
This is issue impacting below MDRMs
FRY-9C HC-E BHCBHK29
FFIEC-031 RC-E RCON2210
FFIEC-031 RC-E RCON6648
FFIEC-031 RC-E RCONHK07
As per instructions, not less than 7 days is the criteria for reporting
The current re class logic for CERTDEP (RLUS_FRAS_REG_DEP_TYPE_04) is looking for CONTRACTUAL_MATURITY_TERM >7 to report CERTDEP as TD. There are TDs which have CONTRACTUAL_MATURITY_TERM =7 and not getting reported as TD contracts with the current logic.
