Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Forget Password transaction is not logged in the Audit log.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Forget Password Transaction should come in Audit Log.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open OBDX log in page and click on Forgot Password.
2. Change the password for the user.
3. Log into auth admin user and open Audit Log.
