Symptoms

Screen 1006_System failed with RT charges with the same branch with different accounts, all the maintenance has done.

STEPS
=================
Steps Followed
1. Launch screen 1006
2. Choose From and To Account number with same Branch.
3. ARC for FTRQ mapped with 5 different charges. First one Region based Charge code have been mapped.
4. Same branch group charge to be collected as zero.
5. System defaulting charge as zero in this case. But on save system failed to save record with "Can not upload external ref number error".
