Symptoms

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to upload SWIFT message,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

FT-MTUP102 - Duplicate source reference no. or user reference no. exists

The issue cannot be reproduced at will


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload a particular swift message.
