Symptoms

When attempting to login and view Dashboard
the following error occurs.

"Access Denied." , for Message Count REST


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Customer retail or Corporate
2. On Dashboard Page, Access Denied Error is displayed
