Confirm Button Not Visible In Confirm Screen Of User Account Access (Doc ID 2735845.1)

While trying to map a user to his accounts under user account access screen the Confirm button does not appear.
This issue happened only after the application of the latest PS

Uncaught TypeError : Unable to process binding "ifnot : function(){return showConfirmation }"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as admin user
2. Go to user account access
3. select the party id
4. Select the user and do the mapping
5. Click on save
6. In the confirm screen we are not able to see the confirm button
