Payment Service From FB Messenger Chatbot Does Not Work (Doc ID 2736000.1)

Payment Service is not working from FB messenger Chatbot

When user tries to initiate the Payment service from chatbot , its giving the error on screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Log in into ODA/FB messenger Chatbot
Step 2: Type Money Transfer in the Chat text field. It will ask to enter the mobile number
Step 3: enter the mobile number , It will ask to enter the OTP which has been shared over SMS.
Step 4: After entering OTP , it will load Payee List which is been mapped to that user.
Step 5: After selecting the Payee from displayed list, It will ask to enter the amount .
Step 6: After entering the amount , it will load the Debit/Source account list and display on screen.
Step 7: After selecting the debit account , Issue is occurring.
