Symptoms
During cash deposit for RP customer waive is not happening in the screen 1401
1. We noticed currently system is not validating the RP rule while doing cash deposit, it is checking the variable condition in benefit details, but for waive benefit type variable will not come. we can check from "cspks_arc".
STEPS FOLLOWED

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deposit 100 usd to RP Customer
2.Check the amount, it depositing full amount or it is deducting the charges.
