CRR 808: Post Installation Issues (Doc ID 2736199.1)

Symptoms

Issues encountered after pack-on-pack installation of CRR (STR). The IST environment had ECM 808 running, and CRR 808 ha sbeen installed and deployed on top of that.

Issue #1: Section # 5.1, Page# 13 of Canadian STR Administration guide.pdf version 808. This step, Configuring Webservice in OFSCRR, cannot be compelted as upon saving the uer name and password, the application reports message "Unable to perform this operation. Please try after some time.". This is a mandatory step that needs to be completed. Please see attached sceenshot.

Issue #2:CRR Framework Administration Screen shows a popup message (seems like some issue reported) when launched, or when user clicks upon any of the tabs on top of the screen. Please see attached screenshot.
This issue was also reported in an SR for STR 807 version and support at that time replied that STR 807 is not supported with ECM 808 and there was no resolution.
